Planning of Sustainable Tourism Events

Planning of Sustainable Tourism Events

Summary

Planning of Sustainable Tourism Events is a comprehensive course designed to enable learners to develop the necessary skills for planning and designing environmentally-friendly tourism events. This 45-hour course is delivered in-person, allowing for complete immersion and direct interaction between learners and trainers. The practical and collaborative nature of this course makes it a rich and dynamic learning experience, focused on the completion of concrete projects and the acquisition of applicable real-world skills.

The main objective of this course is to enable learners to develop sustainable tourism projects, taking into account the various planning and design stages necessary for their success. The development of these projects is based on a series of specific skills, each of which is essential to ensure the creation of tourism events that meet the expectations of target markets and respect the objectives of the companies or organizations involved.

The April-Fortier College Inc. is committed to supporting learners in the completion of their final projects by offering a $500 scholarship, for each of the registered groups. This scholarship aims to cover a portion of the costs associated with the organization of the sustainable event. (Certain conditions apply. Ask our advisors)
